Dr. Vikram Shetty

He has completed his MBBS and DNB along with an MDS in Maxillofacial Surgery, acquiring superior specialization and advanced practical expertise at an international level. He is one of only five dually qualified craniofacial surgeons in India. Dr. Vikram Shetty is a dually qualified Maxillofacial Surgeon and is currently the Director of the Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Craniofacial Surgery. He has undergone extensive neurosurgical training and is now one of the few surgeons in India operating on complex craniofacial deformities.

Dr. Vikram Shetty personally performs approximately 900 to 1,000 complex facial surgeries every year. As part of the Medical Sciences section, he also serves as the Director of the Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship Program and oversees the training of postgraduate students in Maxillofacial Surgery.
